The Canadian Coast Guard base at Prescott no longer has the resources to deal with a significant spill or accident, Senator Bob Runciman believes.
Ottawa Senators mascot Spartacat was thrilled when he saw that he was on the front page of last week's Prescott Journal. Sparty accompanied the Ottawa Senators Alumni as they came to Prescott for a game against the South Grenville Minor Hockey Association coaches last week to kick off the annual Leo Boivin Midget AA/AAA Hockey Showcase.
