CARDINAL - A local business will be hosting a fundraiser for the Prescott Arena Fund this coming Saturday. The Barn at the Boneyard will host an afternoon concert featuring renowned performer Big John "T-Bone" Little.
Little's 60-year career has seen him play with some of the music industry's best artists. He will bring his show, consisting of country, blues, jazz and classic rock & roll of the 50s and 60s to the stage of The Barn
from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3. A silent auction will take place throughout the event with full proceeds to the arena.
The free-will-offering event will also feature local musicians Tim and Dallis Campbell, as well as a guest appearance from Prescott Mayor Brett Todd.
Cardinal's own Nicky's Place will be providing food and The Liquor Hutch will operate a cash bar. Partial proceeds from both will be added to the fundraising efforts.
The venue is located at 2085 Wynands Road in Edwardsburgh-Cardinal.
